Just in case any of our wonderful customers has a question regarding how to place a custom-order or a pre-order, we wanted to give you the inside scoop on how to do just that. 

Step 1: Find your DREAM luxury lingerie set!

There are a few ways in which you may do this. First, be sure to follow our official Instagram (@angies.showroom) to stay up to date on our restocks, new arrivals, giveaways, and more! Our Instagram features behind-the-scenes looks on our design, production, and even photo shoot and modeling process. This is a great place to absolutely fall in love with a premium lingerie ensemble. Another great place to find our sets is right here in our online boutique. Be sure to sign up for our emails here in order to have the first look at all of our new sets.

Now, you may ask yourself “What if my favorite set is out of stock or does not have my size?” Don’t worry! Send us an email (info@angieshowroom.com) and we will go ahead and pre-order the set for you! Above all, our goal is to provide you with the best shopping experience. We strive to guarantee among the highest quality service in the business. Email us and see exactly what we mean!

Step 2: Determine your lingerie size.

Every woman is unique, and that certainly applies to her body, as well. We come in all shapes and sizes, so our custom lingerie does, too! With our simple and efficient custom-order process, you can become a lingerie designer yourself and follow your exquisite taste and unique preferences to get the perfect fit for who you are. By providing our customers with the exclusive ability to custom-order their lingerie, we are ensuring that there is certainly something in our boutique for everyone! Our stunningly curated collections feature bras ranging from 30A to 40F, and our high-end panties are available in sizes XS to XXL.

Step 3: Select your color!

The majority of our sets come in a wide selection of colors, and we typically update these according to the season. Whether you are looking for the classics or the trendiest colors, trust that we’ve got it in our showroom! Be sure to include your color request in your email submission. If you fell in love with a set on our Instagram page and are not sure which color options are available, do not hesitate to email us or send us a DM on Instagram and we will assist you in any way that we can.

Step 4: Email us.

Send all the relevant info to our email, info@angieshowroom.com. We can’t wait to hear from you and will do our best to reply as soon as possible.

Step 5: Pay for your set.

You may pay for your set either via an invoice sent to you directly from our showroom or on the website itself. If you place an order via the website, feel free to send us an email with specifics (color, sizing, etc.) and we will be sure to attach it to your order.

Step 6. Tracking

Wait for the tracking number for the order. We will send this information to you as soon as the order has been shipped! We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, but please allow up to 7 business days for your handmade lingerie to be tailored to your specifications, as well as an additional 7-14 business days for the set to arrive at your doorstep. Shipping time may vary depending on location.
