FAQ

1. Is there an option to return items I don’t like or that don’t fit?

    Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not offer any refunds due to hygienic reasons. 

    2. I really want to order online, but I am not sure what size will fit me. What should I do?

    Don’t worry, dear. We have a size chart for your reference. When you order an item, you will be asked for a size. You can easily view the size chart and order accordingly. This way you can be sure that the item you purchased fits you perfectly. Otherwise, please email us at info@angieshowroom.com with your order number and measurements, so we can find the right size for you.

    3. What is the order processing time?

    Please, allow 3 to 7 business days for the item to be shipped. When ordering multiple products, they may arrive separately and/or at different times. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. Please, note on international orders that tracking outside the U.S. may be slow or not show from within that country.

    4. How will I receive my refund?

    Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not offer any refunds due to hygienic reasons. In case of refunds, you will receive it the same way you paid at the first place. Please allow your bank 3-5 business days to see the refund.

    5. What if my items are damaged during the delivery? Do I need to keep the damaged item or can I get it exchanged?

    At Angie’s Showroom, complete customer satisfaction is what we strive for. Just drop us a message within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to make things right.

    6. How long do our international deliveries take to arrive?

    International orders are prone to take time because of the custom inspections. You may expect your package to arrive somewhere between 8 to 35 business days, depending on your location.

    7. What are the delivery charges?

    The delivery cost will be calculated at check-out based on your shipping address.

    8. Do you accept credit cards?

    Yes, for your convenience, we accept all major brands of credit cards, as well as PayPal and other payment services.

    9. What if I need to cancel my order?

    At the current time, an order may only be cancelled if it has not finished processing. Please, contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order.

    10. Is my credit card information secure?

    Yes! We understand how important privacy is and we work hard to earn your trust. Keep in mind that under no circumstance will we share or sell your personal information to any third party, nor do we store it in a database.

    11. What if I want a custom-made design? Is that possible?

    Yes, we’d love to help you find something unique to you! In fact, most of the designs can be custom made for you. Our priority is your satisfaction. Send us a request and we will work day and night to make sure your request is fulfilled. Sometimes, our customers don’t have a standard size or maybe desire a different color. We will work with you to find you a glamorous, customized lingerie design with you.

    12. What if my package got lost?

    Please note in case of a package was being lost, you will have to submit requests to your Local Postal service for them to search for the package. We can also file an international case if needed. Unfortunately, we cannot help with a refund for such packages. However, we can always assist you with everything that is in our competition, so do not hesitate to contact us to find the best solution and resolve the issue.
