Shipping and return
We want any and all of our orders to be safe and hassle-free. We ship lingerie that is in stock in Texas by using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please, note that some of our items may be shipped from Europe (Russia or Ukraine), when we are out of stock for certain size or if you order customized items. Some orders may be fulfilled from different warehouses/factories. We also offer worldwide shipping services. The shipping price will be calculated depending on your country at check-out.
We ship orders Monday through Saturday. Please, allow 3 to 7 business days for the item to be shipped. When ordering multiple products, they may arrive separately and/or at different times. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. Please, note on international orders that tracking outside the U.S. may be slow or not show from within that country.

The processing time is still 1-3 business days for the order to be shipped from Texas warehouse. If the item is custom-made, pre-ordered or the size is out of stock please allow 5-7 business days for the item to be shipped directly from the manufacturer with the shipping methods above.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My International Shipment?
International orders may take anywhere from 8 to 35 business days; however, international packages are subject to customs inspections, which means they may take longer to get from our store to your doorstep (example, Covid-19).
Please Note: Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package in 8 to 35 business days. The delivery time may also vary depending on the country where products are shipped from and to.
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based off product value.
Can I Return My Purchase?
We guarantee the quality of our products. However as a small business we can’t accept returns or exchanges at this time because of hygiene reasons. You can always contact us if you are not sure about the size, and our assistants would be happy to help.
What if my items are damaged during the delivery? Do I need to keep the damaged item or can I get it exchanged?
At Angie's Showroom, complete customer satisfaction is what we strive for. Just drop us a message within 24 hours of delivery with a picture attached, and we will do our best to make things right.
What if my package got lost?
Please note in case of a package was being lost, you will have to submit requests to your Local Postal service for them to search for the package internally. We can also help and file the case internationally if needed. Unfortunately, Angie's Showroom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we can always assist you with everything that is in our competition, so do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your particular case.
