Shipping and return
We want any and all of our orders to be safe and hassle-free. We ship lingerie by using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please, note that some of our items may be shipped from Europe, when you order customized items. We also offer worldwide shipping services. The shipping price will be calculated depending on your country.
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Please, allow 3 to 7 business days for the item to be shipped. When ordering multiple products, they may arrive separately and/or at different times. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. Please, note on international orders that tracking outside the U.S. may be slow or not show from within that country.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My International Shipment?
International orders may take anywhere from 5 to 35 days; however, international packages are subject to customs inspections, which means they may take longer to get from our store to your doorstep.
Please Note: Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package in 5-35 business days. The delivery time may also vary depending on the country where products are shipped from and to.
Can I Return My Purchase?
We guarantee the quality of our products. However as a small business we can’t accept returns at this time because of hygiene reasons.
What if my package got lost?
Please note in case of a package was being lost, you will have to submit requests to your Local Postal service for them to search for the package. Unfortunately, we cannot help with a search or refund for such packages. However, we can always assist you with everything that is in our competition, so do not hesitate to contact us.
